Chris founded Zip Fit Club in 2010 having spotted a gap in the market place for a fitness business that focuses primarily on short and effective, science based workouts for office
workers. His corporate fitness business now offers a number of services all geared towards helping office workers train smart during their working week.
He is a published health and fitness writer, a theatre lover, avid traveller and a swimmer. In 2018 he qualified to represent GB at the Masters European Swimming Championships in Slovenia.
When he’s not zipping about London running his business, he’s busy chasing his two mini zippers, Clementine and Monti.
Soraya is half English, half French, was born in Morocco and grew up in Brazil. She moved to London for university 10 years ago, and has never looked back.
She’s a qualified Personal Trainer and a British Triathlon Coach and participates in triathlons on a regular basis, including 9 half Ironman races and 1 Ironman. She is a proud Team GB representative and in 2019 attended the Ironman World Championships.
Soraya believes anything is possible if you’re prepared to put in the work and are willing to step outside your comfort zone. In fact, her favourite quote is “life begins at the end of your comfort zone”. She lives by this rule and tries to share this value with people around her, to help them
achieve their fitness goals and aspirations.
