Fast Exercise PT (30 minutes)

These training sessions have been designed with busy people in mind. Our 30 minute, High Intensity Training (HIT) programs are fast and dynamic but always with technique and safety in mind. These training sessions can be adapted depending on your ability level, but we recommend our bespoke one on one program if you are new to exercise or haven’t trained for a number of years. We recommend 2 – 3 training sessions per week for maximum results.

Long travelling times for our personal trainers mean that our 30 minute, Fast Exercise programs are currently for Barnes residents only.
