What Happens

  1. Make sure you have booked on to your class. If you are unsure how to do this click here.
  2. Jog as part of your warm up to the park from your office.
  3. Our lunch time classes are 30 minutes long. You are in capable hands.
    5 minute warm up
    20 minute workout
    5 minutes warm down and stretch
  4. We are here to help and offer advice. If you find our workouts unmanageable, have any concerns or just want to ask a question, approach your Personal Trainer at the end of the session.
  5. Jog back to your office and feel smug about fitting your workout into your lunch break.
